The Samuel O’Reilly House is situated on one acre of land in Downtown North Conway.  We are walking distance from the village shops and local dining establishments.  

 

Our back yard venue has 270° panoramic view of the Moat Mountain Range and Saco River directly behind the Inn - with path to access as well.  We have plenty of space for your ceremony, tent or tents, yard games, arbor, including large stone fire pit and comfortable space for up to 80 guests.  We can host events up to 100, but a few other considerations are needed for this size.

We have all the items necessary for the wedding weekend and then a few extras just “in case” (like tent sides and heaters).  Our pricing includes two full days at the Inn, all taxes, permits, fees, removal, all tents, tables, chairs, linen, silverware, flatware and glassware for the wedding and includes additional studio function space. We are happy to discuss our full service bar with open, semi-open and traditional options as well.
